Damages and issues
Please send a photo of the damaged good along with your order confirmation to info.eminfusedseamoss@gmail.com. You must send the date your order arrived. We will evaluate the issue and contact you within 24 hours. Be sure to discard the jar as it is no longer good for use.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
EM Infused Sea Moss cannot be returned as they are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item via email at info.eminfusedseamoss@gmail.com.
